TOOL ROOM WHEELS
The Aluminum Oxide grains include - A(Brown) AA(White), DA(Reg/Brown + White), PA(Pink), PAA(Pink + White), RB(Ruby), MCA(32A)(Grey), 3A(White/Orange) bond(V84) causes the color change, FSA(Semi Friable + Regular Aluminum Oxide).
We carry a small variety of wheels with Ceramic grains which include, 3CGP(30% ceramic Blue + Pink AO),3MGP(30% Ceramic Blue + MCA + Pink) 2MGP(20%Ceramic Blue + MCA), 5CG(50% Ceramic Blue),5MG(50% Ceramic + MCA), 3CG(30% Ceramic Blue).
We do offer a small variety of Silicon Carbide wheels, they include GC(Green Silicon), C(Black Silicon), and CGC(Black and Green mix).
We have a large variety of bonds for our grinding wheels.
The most popular bond is the VC8 bond. It's versatile and is suitable for Aluminum oxide, Ruby, MCA(32A), & Ceramic grains.
We offer a V4 bond, This bond is used exclusively with Green and Black Silicon Carbide grains
We offer a VC10 bond, which is used exclusively with our A(Brown) and DA( Brown + White) grains.
We offer a V84 bond, which is used in tool room wheels, similar to the VC8, but has an orange color.
Finally, we offer a BS bond. It is for resinoid grinding products.
We offer a line of bonds considered to have "Cool" grind properties. This allows the wheels to cut cooler, no matter the grain type.
We offer a V68 bond. This is a highly fusible bond used for Internal wheels, suitable for A(Brown), AA(White), PA(Pink), MCA(32A Grey), and Ceramic grains.
We also have a V75 bond. This is a semi-glossy fusible bond that is suitable for A(Brown), AA(White), PA(Pink), RB(Ruby), MCA(32A Grey), and Ceramic(Blue) grains. This bond is highly suitable for porous and open-structure wheels up to 60MPS. Good for Creep Feed wheels.
We also have a VTR bond. It is a high fusibility bond suitable for Brown, White, Pink, and MCA(32A Grey) grain. It is highly ideal for ceramic grains having "cool" grind properties. Excellent form retention is suitable for high-speed wheels(60MPS).
The EFP bond is a Shellac bond for cool cutting. Primarily used for grinding wheels in the medical industry. Surgical Blade grinding, Hypodermic Needle grinding. Also used in lapping applications for mirror finishing.

Surface grinding wheels - 7-inch O.D.
We have a large selection of 7-inch O.D. tool room wheels.
We carry a variety of widths - 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2" & 3"
Most of our wheels come with a 1-1/4" I.D. hole.
We carry a limited supply of 1", 3/4", and 5/8" I.D. Hole
We also offer plastic bushings just in case.

We have a solid selection of 8-inch O.D. tool room wheels.
We carry a variety of widths - 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", & 2".
Most of our wheels come with a 1-1/4" I.D. hole.
We also offer 1/2", 3/4", 7/8", 1",1-1/4", 2", & 3" I.D. hole.
